I’m a solo traveler and had a fantastic stay with Ariees grand.. I received such good hospitality from all the staff & I felt like home.. I fell in love with the ambiance of the room which was cozy with led lights, I slept like a baby ❤️ Pros : 1. The location is fantastic- it’s closer to the airport, jetty point for havelock for maccruz and nautica, Aberdeen jetty point for Ross & north bay island and the central jail which are mostly what tourists look for 2. They helped me to hire a good 2 wheeler for rent in just a few min & most importantly with Ross & north bay island excursion which I had no clue to do by myself (well I could’ve figured out but this saved a lot of time for me) 3. Shops & pharmacy are at walkable distance which really helped me with some important things 4. They were reachable at any time for any queries I had regarding the sightseeing and even after I checked out they are kind enough to courier my jacket which I had left at the room during check out.. Cons : nothing that would really be a bother, small things which are easily negligible I highly recommend you to go for this

Very badly maintained property. Staff is very efficient and excellent service. But the management need to have a look at the property. Its need a renovation or an intense repair at the earliest. Bathroom is very substandard. I would not recommend it to anyone at this point

Worst place to check in . Toilet was Worst. even Toilet sheet was broken. Room was so small that it was very difficult to move for toilet etc. Breakfast was very unhealthy, ..no fruits, no milk. No Corn flakes. When I asked for egg, it was chargeable. No provision of tea without sugar. Services was very poor. One boy was running from here and there for every Services. For drainage repair, TV issue..for everything. It wasso pathetic that no body can imagine. Minus star should be there for this Hotel. Pathetic, worst what else can I say

It’s been a pleasant stay and great experience at Airees Grand, it was made possible by Ms. Lakshmi, Restaurant Incharge. She was highly caring and at short notice she could make arrangements for our food requirements. Thanks to her and all other staff also.

Blanket smells, breakfast very ordinary no omlette only boiled eggs, cockroaches & mosquitoes inside the room. No mineral water. Didn't sleep due to nearby stray dogs barking at night. Reception staff - average. Instructed wake up call but they forgot. Very weak Wi-fi inside rooms, need to come out in the corridor for a slightly better connectivity. Overall not satisfied.

The stay was comfortable. The staff is very friendly. We were on an official visit but we enjoyed our stay. The linen needs little improvement. Overall it is a good deal.

Accommodation was comfortable. Room are clean and tidy. But few in home facilities Service particularly at the restaurant with the team training caterers is really good. enjoyed the stay for four days by the cordially approaching reception. Sunder Selvam & team members
